This is absurd. They just took one paragraph completely out of context where he says the case facilities MIGHT BE lower then the estimates were at the time because there might be many more infections then we know of.

I remember when that article came out, and they weren't downplaying the severity at all, only pointing out that it's possible the CFR is not as high as some early estimates.
