2. The Fed cannot legal own "private" corporations. What was down however, is a loophole. The US Treasury buys the securities, borrows money from the Fed, and the Fed hires BlackRock to manage them
3. This was a bailout to wall street where their mismanaged and nearly liquidated debt gets transferred to the US Gov - aka, THE TAXPAYER

In this article they say Trump is running the Fed because this unconstitutional act of unlimited borrowing just keeps racking up debt for no good reason.
