Although she should not have shared that one. I think it's lotion, maybe he just got out of the bath and was laying down. Why she took such a photo, makes absolutely no sense. I have never taken a photo of my children naked. It's just something not needed. But my mother had a lot of me running around very young stark naked, laughing and running away from the towel.
