Yes they can! When I was young there was a record by Rev.A.A.Allen that my father had . It was a recorded service to which the service was about a woman that was possessed with a demonic spirit. Some friends wanted to borrow the record to listen to it. The friends had a young 17 to 18 year old grandson who was so infatuated with the record. It was maybe less than a week later my father was called to please come to the church to help pray over this young teen who had become possessed with the same demon from the record. My dad said that he would contort his body and tongue would come out at least a foot from his face. Another thing was that the demonic spirit knew who was weak in the spirit So it was jumping from one person to another. So yes even Christians can become possesed.
