These guys are good / honest researchers (they have a lot of failed / not resulting experiments)... you would do good to look into their findings.

Long story short, Green Tea (active ingredient - EGCG) and Quercetin seem to work similarly to increase in-cell Zinc activity. Anyone have a z-pack work-a-like?

Also, after this is all over... the E-Cat might just smash the economy in a different way.

Jake -

Thanks for the EGCG info... might check out pill form... but I could do well to get some green tea.... it's funny, I drink it at work since free bags and hot water on demand. but working from home the last 2 weeks almost.

Bronkaid... you can get at Walmart... they will card you and I think can only buy once a month. Used to drink an Ephedra tea in college.... long time ago.

I don't know about the Quercetin. But the tonic water and zinc has nearly restored my health in roughly 5 days. My mother is still coughing somewhat but far far less, she keeps trying to stop taking the second zinc pill and afternoon tonic water. And then her cough got worse.

We reduced the tonic water and added strong green tea, quite a bit of it, for the second zinc pill on, trying to play it safe and not overdo it.

And I got sicker even ear infection hit. I poured so much collodial silver in my ears that I nearly drowned, and yet that ear infection was gone pretty fast, nearly died with it.

But quinine is stronger than egcg. It punches the virus in its shell hard, whereas egcg sort of taps on it.

Like I said, don't know what quercetin is like.

Very concerned that you don't get 100% cured, that you have to keep taking things to feel better, and when you stop it comes back.

Those HIV proteins in it are a problem. So its kind of a cousin to aids and hard to get rid of for many people.

I added regime of MSM twice a day, with C and Zinc half an hour after it, and the tonic water. MSM has a bit of a punch.

By the way, am really worried about the term War. President has used it, guests brought up that word with Hannity even doctor that was interviewed by someone on Fox News, possibly Hannity, or Ingraham, maybe even Tucker, maybe all 3.

Keep hearing it, its thrown in almost like an add on even if it doesn't fit in the sentence.

Like they're passing message to each other. And we're not privy to the message.

Are the elite in a war against us? Or are they taking the bad guys out behind the scenes, so in a war against the satanic elite? Or are they pretending its that, when its really a war against us?

Can only think of 3 possibilities.

I take 2 100 mg tablets. Basically twice a day. My regime is to have some coffee, then wait half an hour and take a teaspoon of MSM sulfur, then wait 30 minutes and take lipsomal C that I've made, and my first zinc pill. And to drink tonic water. Roughly about a liter a day, so equivalent to half of one pill for the quinine. And that is stronger than the green tea.

D, Selenium, Curucmin, pepper extract. B vitamins.

I take oil of oregano instead of the antibiotic;

Basically even on a day when I'm lax with the vitamins, and before I added the MSM, the quinine in the tonic water, the zinc pills twice a day, some green tea and oil of oregano drops, in my tonic water and juice, not nice tasting, 6 drops. And I was starting to get better day one, but still had a headache, day two, headache but energy and chi. Also the quinine in the tonic water really helped my arthritis.

The cough is slow, but rare on day 5 or 6 can't remember. My sore back and lower lungs are feeling much better.

Nearly better. But the two days roughly 3 and 4 that I took smaller amount of tonic water, my cough came back and ear infection started. I really want it to be that you can just stop taking the tonic water, and stop taking the oil of oregano and zinc only once in a while. Really worried about this having those hiv proteins in it.

I just ordered the quercetin, it seems to stop viral replication and hope it has as big a punch as the tonic water. 500 mg, don't know how much you take.

[link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)]

less than 50%:

Here we found that quercetin inhibited influenza infection with a wide spectrum of strains, including A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1), A/FM-1/47/1 (H1N1), and A/Aichi/2/68 (H3N2) with half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 7.756 ± 1.097, 6.225 ± 0.467, and 2.738 ± 1.931 μg/mL, respectively. Mechanism studies identified that quercetin showed interaction with the HA2 subunit. Moreover, quercetin could inhibit the entry of the H5N1 virus using the pseudovirus-based drug screening system. This study indicates that quercetin showing inhibitory activity in the early stage of influenza infection provides a future therapeutic option to develop effective, safe and affordable natural products for the treatment and prophylaxis of IAV infections.

Long time now, never went away. Couldn't breathe and had to go to the hospital and get an inhaler. Coffee was helping me breath. I was drinking it day and night.

Caffeine can help ashtma. But the inhaler really helped.

I was coughing as soon as I lay down, so bad nearly concussed for ages, and then couldn't breathe, air passages closed. Barely slept for over a week until got that inhaler at the emergency. Also I found it odd. That was Dec before this came out officially. But they knew. They were wearing masks, even the nurse, she had a cold. And she swabbed me, not in my nose, back of the throat. They kept monitoring and wouldn't just give me the inhaler and let me leave. I was there for a long time and she made a phone call.

Then when it came out officially I still remembered that odd hospital visit. But I got the device you take it with, the football, for free. And just made it to the pharma before it closed.

That was Dec.

Never got better for long. Kept coming back.

I've been on this regime now for 5 or 6 days. But was taking the other vitamins, curcumin, d, etc, off and on for years but they helped as well, but then the flu comes back. Haven't had that happen though relapsed with cold part a few days ago when I was cutting down on the tonic water.

Don't think moringa has much of each.

It is a useful word though... in that it is pretty unique and this thread won't show up in search for moringa. perhaps this site should shift to tech from the last 10-15 vs 15-20 years ago?.... just saying.

I'm not picking on you, DM, but people taking a z-pack need to be careful because it can change the Qt (interval between beats) of your heart. Since I have Afib, I would avoid a z-pack like the plague. Choose another antibiotic if there is any risk at all. I would probably choose Amoxicillin, which is available through Vet supplies.
I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you.
