I do not believe the were hearing cases but the courthouse is still open as there are many other offices there.
And this was outside the courthouse.
With their screening he wouldn't have made it in with a gun. I had a metal nail file in the bottom of my purse and have no idea how long it had been there. It was promptly confiscated. I get the wand scan every time because of underwires in my bra. Only way he'd have gotten in is if he pushed thru the exit door and he would have been stopped right then. Too many LEO's right there screening at the entrance.
