lineups around the block to enter the bank

people 'guarding' the entrances are in no way protected from any fuckn goddamn cootie

all amenities for neighborhoods, buildings , condos etc all locked and off-limits wtf

there isn't even anyone around this here region that's 'infected'

sirens going off on some staggered schedule, it's subtle but discernible

they're fucking liars and people are eating this shit up

Here in North Florida the Winn Dixie store has set 8-9 am weekdays for 60 up to be allowed to shop and only them.

Yes, this is the new norm at all retailers in the Houston area. NO more than 100 people allowed in store at Home Depot, Academy only allows 20 people in the store.

I went to HEB this morning and they wouldn't let me in unless I used the little hand sanitizer dispenser machine.

Get this, was just told tonight that certain retailers are getting temperature testing strips that go on your forehead and you will not be allowed in the store if you have a temperature over 100.4 degrees. Was told they would be doing this at home depot stores, but I know management at Kroger that's saying they are getting the same supplies in.

Its only going to get worse, they are already putting people under house arrest that have it in some states.


Just wait, shit is about to take off.

I went out to several stores yesterday.

ALL had fairly well restocked but with strict purchase limits many items, some of which had no signs of limits posted but registers programmed to only permit 1 purchase. Even cashiers were shaking their head as they themselves were discovering which items were suddenly restricted.

PREPARE FOR FOOD RATIONING IN YOUR NEAR FUTURE.

Also say most places had little X’s on the floor every 6 feet with professionally made signs instructing people on social distancing.

Post office had think plexiglass sheets hung from the ceiling to create a “barrier” between customers and staff at the counter.

LOTS of people wearing face masks. It’s no longer embarrassing. I even hear others asking them, “Hey, where did you get that mask?”

last time I went to the store was maybe a week and a half ago and they were limiting entry as you describe, San Diego

Our local Trader Joe's is limiting the amount of people inside at one time, and also santizing the heck out of the shopping carts. Stock was pretty good -- only a few items competely out. Safeway was not limiting shoppers, and was quite low stock on a lot of items.

Our local pharmacy has put up thick plastic between customers and staff.

Wow.

I thought this was all just a temporary local development in my area of southern Ohio (small town), but apparently this is becoming a nationwide standard.

In West Australia,we have a big hardware store called Bunnings. Went there today and you have to cue up out side keeping your 1.5 meter safe distancing and are only allowed in when a few shoppers come out.Good luck when its pissing down with rain.Waited 15 minutes to get in.No accepting cash,only eftpos.This is what its about,reducing cash in societies and training everyone to accept what they are told to do.
