How to watch football properly

Think about sitting on that grass or who mows it. How often is it watered. What condition is it in and why. When you get a clear picture start trying to count all the blades of grass if you can estimate how many blades of grass is on the field before the game ends. It's more difficult when the camera keeps moving around with the ball and people in the way. The people and the ball is the hazard to the real issue of assessing the grass conditions. That's always how I watched it ever since I found the real reason they are cheering. The cheering of the crowd is something that is encouraging you. "you are still here, you are not bored to death, keep counting the grass, we are with you". That's what they are cheering about.
