I think he is innocent. He should be compensated for the stash instead of criminalized and ripped off.

when was the last time you checked? why are they saying there are global shortages of things like masks if "you can buy any amount of anything you want"? if you really "can buy any amount of anything you want", why don't you buy enough masks for every doctor and nurse in the world to have enough and give it to them for free?

But that’s the problem, I should be able to buy whatever is legal and just because someone else waits until the crisis hits to buy things doesn’t mean that the government should take from me to provide to others who didn’t do something sooner !!!

Price gouging is a crime in many states during a declared state of emergency.

I bought masks, on closeouts and at bargain stores, for the last several years.

When I started prepping for this thing coming for us, I gathered up all the masks I had bought, and I was amazed to find that I had 800 N95's.

I gave 700 of them to my local hospital.

I despise hospitals, but there are nurses there, and doctors, who are friends, relatives, someone's child, someone's wife, someone's parent, risking their lives to save ORDINARY people, like me.

That's why I gave them away. And that's why I think this person has no soul!
