Seems fair because they have forced other stores that sell many of these items to close simply because they don't sell groceries.

A case can be made that almost everything is an essential item. If your vacuum dies, you need a new one. If your underwear has holes you need new, your kids outgrow clothing and shoes, people working from home need new computers, phones, and cartridges. I don't see it.
