That seems excessive to say the least. I went to Safeway yesterday and it wasn’t very crowded. All they have is plexiglass installed between the cashier and the customer paying. Not having lines at Safeway is a big deal btw. They normally have huge lines and DGAF at all how long you wait to checkout there. Not very crowded in my Walmart this morning. A few people wore masks, most didn't. Shelves were stocked but I found the Campbell's soup section picked over and a little bare.
