Can you confirm that the vaccine will contain PDGF (Platelet derived growth factors) and these pdgf are the HIV virus which sole purpose is to create PTP (platelet thick plasma) this make people blood richer in T-cells. Now the interesting bit - this is then to be extracted whether by force or donation - for the use in Parabiosis and metabiosis - this ladies and gents is what you call adrenochrome or the elixir of youth.

In other words because a lot of these elite contract HIV through their feeding and drinking habits the HIV is controlled through the parabiosis, but normal citizens will slowly die off via the newly contracted HIV unaware that is has destroyed their immune system making them more suspectible to a normal common cold coronavirus thus slowly reducing population to your required level.

The reason you use the HIV virus is because it alters your DNA, which in this case will reduce blood flow to the brain because of your thicker richer blood and so will reduce people mental abilities / free thinking ........is all this correct?
