The only thing outside our prison walls is another, bigger prison... because we believe in prisons.

When we stop trying to 'get out'... when we realize we are not held captive, except by our beliefs. Then we can ascend all limiting containment. It's our beliefs which limit us.

Also, helping others seems to manifest the ladder. Not being continually preoccupied about our own sorry state.

Like an wild animal caught in a net gnashing and tearing at the ropes. Stop and unwind yourself, be smart. Work within it, don't fight it, it will win.

The battle is with ourselves, our limiting beliefs of our disempowerment, and the belief we are under negative control by others. The escape is to realize you are powerful when you are positive.
