Bullshit. Fauci and his team were working on EXACTLY this chimeric virus in NC trying to make it more virulent. In 2015, the US banned such research and placed a moratorium on it.
Fauci set it and the research to, you guessed it, Wuhan China and also gave them millions of dollars to continue the research. He broke US law and went around it by colluding and cooperating with a communist govt.
