i have it under control, for the most part. but, it's kinda easy to have under control since i don't have to wake up early for work, and i can stay up as late as i want.

i've just noticed that i've definitely been drinking a lot more since the lock down started. i've made some rules for myself, like, nothing before 5 pm...

what are you doing to combat, or subject to this?
