There are all sorts of side jobs available to earn money. Crime is not a good career choice.

If people are fixing fencelines and other necessary work, they're not home to defend their shit. All the guns in the world are useless unless there's someone or something there that will aim and shoot.

A Grand Jury/DA in Texas typically has zero sympathy for criminals, during this pestilence, I suspect they will be even faster to write off a dead criminal as a cost of his doing business.

Houston and Harris county, is the LGBTQ commie demon-crap mecca, home of Shelia Jackson Lee yuck. Mayor judges and police chief all liberals.

Now Montgomery county to the north is a different place...boo better be careful robbing people here. Lot's of people packing...

Some of my family were law enforcement. Not sure how accurate it was, they always said the paperwork was not as harsh for a DOA.

If protection of criminals gets too much to bear in Harris, move out here to Chambers or Liberty, for more latitude.

East Chambers is my old home surf and turf. When I was a kid, they still organized posses on horseback to catch cattle rustlers. I can remember my grandfather talking about having to put them in jail instead of hanging them. LOL

Notice the chases out of Harris - the police follow at a safe distance and at a safe speed. Once the person crosses into Chambers, if they do not pull over, they are usually shot before the Trinity River bridge. Still old school here. I think they throw a gator in the cell with criminals that get put in jail there.

my entire state gets only 3-4 murders a year...strong arm robbery will draw attention..everybody knows everybody, have you ever see that a shotgun will send somebody flying?
