Normally I poopoo the idea of Mandela effect...but up until mid February I remember Turkey not only not being a NATO member but a couple decades of public policy debate over whether or not they should be admitted...now when I look it up, Turkey has been a NATO member since 1952.

Turkey has never acted as an ally or even good faith partner to the west/NATO, here they continue this.
