All of the bacteria and pathogens are in aerosol form once you urinate into the bowl, turn on the faucet or flush the toilet.

I don't pee in the office restrooms at my work. I go out to my car and piss into a wide-mouth container wile I have a blanket over my lap. No one can see me, my windows are tinted.

I work at a hospital, and so I need to take as many precautions as possible. The bathrooms are going to infect a lot of people, even those who're wearing respirators. The aerosol pathogens are going to infect via the eyes or will penetrate the N95 respirators. Skin will be contaminated too. Touch that and you're screwed.

Those of you who think this is all a hoax, please disregard all of this and go ahead and lick your toilet bowls or whatever else it is that you do.
