In my opinion.

They want to eventually either collapse the dollar and go to a new digital currency or just do completely away with cash and only use digital dollar.

So this article is about doing away with us postal service. So I imagine bills will only be paid electronically. I for one only pay bills via check because I don't like companies having access to my bank accounts. Keep their hands out of my cookie jar.

To me I am connecting the dots, for the push towards the NWO.
