My husband's phone started giving him weird messages last weekend. Must have been an update to iphones. I think it's probably best to leave our phones at home if we have to go somewhere other than work.

I do like accessing my lab results online, but I really do hate to think what some of these big tech companies can/will do with our data. In my husband's case, he went to mow grass at our camp. When he got in the truck to drive home, his phone popped up with a message telling him that he would be home in so much time. He almost never uses any kind of map and/or directions app, so this was just out of the blue for him. It did something else too but I can't remember what it was right now. They are definitely tracking us more than ever right now I had my phone on my nightstand charging and it lit itself up like I touch the home button a few times all on its own I deleted the Apple doctor app as soon as I read the disclaimer, they are so sneaky Ditch those damn phones! I know people are addicted to or rely on them but they are tool for spying and enslavement. Use them at your peril.
