Sorry to hear your hurting, try cleansing your ego there's three types of Ego if you ask I'm sure your higher self will help, btw that's just what he's called because how much of your brain function he helps manage when you look to the pure light love and joy, you don't have to currently feel those emotions to connect to them just let your longing to once again be in there light.
