That was yesterday morning. I had just left car wash and cruised by. I doubt I'll be back over there honestly.

Our Home Depot is all set up to corral people and the patio stuff inside is blocked off, probably other things but I just got in and got out.

Yes. Same at Lowes. Many stores in that complex are closed until further notice or curbside pick-up.

I stopped by Walmart yesterday afternoon, and it was an even more dystopian scene than usual. They had set up a wall of shopping carts at the entrance to force people into a line so they could count everyone going in and out. And a voice on loudspeakers in the parking lot was announcing that store access was being temporarily limited. I couldn’t decide if it was a scene from 28 Days After or The Crazies. Perhaps the real reason they closed the movie theaters is to avoid competition with the ongoing COVID-19 production.

Look at this went to Walmart and they actually had it blocked off with carts and you really could only get in on one side and get out on one side. They also had someone counting on a I-pad or equivalent device counting how many people were coming in and leaving the store. 

The video is when I was leaving the store, sorry it's so shaky. I was attempting to not be so obvious. This is in Edmond, Oklahoma by the way.

They are not very busy now because unemployment AND the stimulus checks are not out yet....Next Monday they start going out then all hell breaks loose again....

If they limit you on items that makes you return to the store almost daily for shit....how the fuck is that supposed to be social fucking distancing??

I think that I would have tackled the woman. This is just insane.

When I first arrived, I got out of my vehicle and heard something being announced in the parking lot of Walmart, talking about the changes they made etc. This is also after i left, waited after loading up the car and got video of the announcement as well. Crazy shit, we have arrived in our socialist/communist nightmare

Yes I have seen this too at several Wally worlds. What I find interesting is that there are more police and restrictions at the wally worlds in poorer more populated communities. The more rural bible belt wally worlds are much more relaxed. go figure.

Since it was 7am then it may have been senior citizen shopping hour. The cops may have been there to help enforce the age requirement.

If it was 7pm then we are in big trouble.
