Yes he does say how. They're putting too much pressure on the patients lungs with the ventilators, it isn't doing the expected which would be pushing more oxygen into the bloodstream. That's what ventilators usually do. But now they aren't working.

But, if enough doctors see this and it agrees with what they have noticed but not thought much about or formed any real opinion on, we may be hearing more about it.

In defense of common sense:

1) If he is a doctor, perhaps making Youtube videos isn't his natural setting. Maybe he borrowed a friend's microphone or a friend said, "Hey, I can help you make a video."

2) Maybe he's wearing scrubs because he is on his way to work or is in his doctor's quarters.

3) He's most likely reading a script that he has written on his computer. Every time I've ever preached, I wrote notes and read them.

....and on and on. There are many reasons this may seem suspect, but eliminate the simple ones first. The man gave his name and occupation. A little internet sleuthing could tell you whether he's being honest or not.
