The virus wasn’t in the general population yet, so they kept allowing the visa workers and the visiting tourist in. Once they knew the virus was breaking out inside different communities and the captive elderly, in their centers were fully infected by the visa workers and those same workers were taking the virus to the community has well then they closed down the borders! Now they are saying not only can you get it from the air even if there’s no one around you but you can get it from everything in the environment, going to parks! From the sand! swimming or surfing in saltwater. Soon they tell us it can infect us coming from walking through the sole of our shoes! Or going out day time when the sun is out.
