I really enjoy these type of threads! I'm making spaghetti roast with Caesar salad and home made Focaccia followed by sunken chocolate cakes with coffee chocolate chip ice cream. So yummy!

Mississippi Pot Roast, in the slow cooker 7 bone chuck.

Half a dozen Anaheim peppers stuffed with rice, chopped red onion, diced Serannos and bacon and broiled at 400f then smothered in green pork chile verde.

Man, these cookies are nuts! 10 minutes were pale and soft and 11 minutes were just starting to turn color on thin edges.
10 minutes is my winner! wouldn't have believed it without the side-by-side comparison.
