Trump: Coronavirus-stricken cruise ships docked in Florida for ‘humanitarian reasons’

Now those ships and all the other cruise ships should be impounded and made to pay up for all the years they dodged taxes and for the the services and cost of treating the passengers. They'd make great welfare/homeless shelters.
