I know this is kwazy to ask right now, but is anyone feeling an impending sense of doom the past few hours?

Today. As soon as I opened it, this wave of grief just hit me. Don't think I've ever experienced anything like that before it was strange. I'm better now haha.

I'll second the comment about going outside. Forget about the politics and suddenly it's Spring outside and everything is nice and newly green. Maybe go do some gardening now.

I don't know if I'd call it doom, but just a feeling that something is just not right.

The more I see in the news the more I am questioning this entire Corona business. I am positive there is something entirely different going on behind the scenes while everyone is deistracted by the news.

But something is off, and I just don't know what.

I'm not sure if anyone else heard the helicopters this morning or not, but it stated for me by being woken up with my apartment vibrating and windows rattling because they were flying so low. I am on a flight path to the airport and the National Guard uses it, but never have I heard this at 4 am or what seemed to be so low and loud.

Also I've not been sleeping well the past few weeks, partly because stress and partly because it's too quiet. I usually hear a train a few times a night, I can hear traffic on the interstate and I live on a busy road. I sleep through most of it because I'm used to it, but I keep waking up and hearing deafening silence.


I keep trying to pass it off as overload on everything going on.

YES. Woke up at 5:30 am Pacific time, with such a strong feeling of murderous dread and terror. I haven't had this for years. This is not "full moon" level stuff, this is like Satan showed up at the party level stuff.

It settled down a little after a few hours but still an undercurrent, there is definite evil afoot. Somebody has pulled the trigger on a sinister plan which is coming like a freight train.

I think what you are feeling is pretty normal considering the circumstances we are in at the moment. :)

Try to get out in nature as much as you can. I have been gardening non stop throughout this whole thing because it seems to help for some reason.

Go out and hug a tree
Go out and smell some roses
Find an animal and pat it
Pick up the phone and talk to a trusted friend of relative
Sit down and write out your feelings

Things are happening without doubt but we only have control over ourselves and how we respond to it.

Try not to buy into the (Collective) fear - that is part of what they want.

last night I had this dream of being in an island camping with some kids in a country house suddeenly a big earthquake turn the house upside down it was terrifying,
all of the island flipped and landed the same as it was before, none of the kids and people inside the house were hurt remember yelling at the kids to get ready! we were going out back on the vehicule to leave the island,

then my dream change location and as i was sleeping in a dorm saw a man coming trough the wall I heard him so instantly I got up ready to fight him while we circle around eachother he told me to ease down he was not there to fight, henproceed to open the wall like a window and few other people came into the dorm suddenly the man told us to start meditating. I remember adopting the lotus position.
Another person sit in front of me, the room was full of people doing the same then after meditating I fell asleep while asleep two ther people came in trough the wall they wanted to see the first person that came trough the wall,

I was sleeping but I saw them coming trough I challenge them and told the to get out which they did including the first person that came trough the as i was wondering how they came trough the wall I used mihand and slide the wall back to close the door they came trough.
