They also give overwhelmingly high marks to their local health department, Dr. Anthony Fauci, their local government leader, and the CDC. New Yorkers disapprove of the job Vice President Mike Pence is doing, 47-41 percent, and they disapprove of the job President Donald Trump is doing, 56-41 percent, according to a new Siena College Poll of registered New York State voters released today. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78763024 Ninety-two percent of New Yorkers say they’re very (73 percent) or somewhat (19 percent) concerned about the pandemic, and 79 percent say they are very (42 percent) or somewhat (37 percent) concerned about getting the coronavirus themselves. Nearly one-third of voters, 31 percent, say they know someone who tested positive. “In the midst of this global pandemic, New Yorkers approve of Governor Cuomo’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic with near universal support. At least 85 percent of voters from every region approve of his handling of the crisis, as do 95 percent of Democrats, 87 percent of independents and even 70 percent of Republicans,” said Siena College pollster Steven Greenberg. “President Trump, on the other hand, gets praise from 82 percent of Republicans, but 52 percent of independents and 79 percent of Democrats disapprove of the job he’s doing. Cuomo’s favorability rating jumped to 71-23 percent this month, up dramatically from 44-50 percent in February, his best since January 2013, just before passage of the Safe Act. His job performance rating soared to 63-35 percent, up from 36-63 percent last month, its highest level since April 2012, his best ever. Oops, here is the link: [link to scri.siena.edu (secure)] |

Registered voters? A low percentage of New Yorkers vote. The low voters are predominantly from New York City. ______________ As long as I am an American citizen and American blood runs in these veins I shall hold myself at liberty to speak, to write, and to publish whatever I please on any subject.” - Elijah Parish Lovejoy(1802-1837) All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent...Thomas Jefferson The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government...Thomas Jefferson When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty...Thomas Jefferson Truth will ultimately prevail where there is pains to bring it to light...George Washington |

I spoke with 1 guy yesterday from the Brooklyn area and he acted like a fucking fool bc we had no idea who his real dr. Was. Nobody knew we were supposed to be calling his real dr. Bc nobody thought about it and he was raising cain bc he wanted his transplant medicines. I got so mad at his assinine attitude, I asked him, What do you want me to do? I've already called the hospital, spoke to some desk clerk and all they can do is get me to a voice mail.so i left a message asking him to cb. I mean what do you want? You want me to go up,there, grab the nurse and jack him up and say, Hey, this guy needs his medicine?! He said No. I would be offended if you did. So wtf do you want? I can't shit miracles! I swear, you fucking NewYorkers are full of shit!!! And I mean it! |
