He is working with Admiral P the logistics guy to roadmap the entire medical system, locate all sources of the items they already have in the states, determine the ute rate of those resources, and use the data for decisionmaking on where federal stockpile resources are actually needed. And where they are most likely needed in the future. Totally dynamic data driven managerial decision making, D’ oh! Think that might be useful? Think its only a coincidence some states now are actually returning ventilators or shipping them to other states?
