I have been taking these. They contain Olive Leaf Extract and Zinc but also Astragalus which is an immune tonic. I started taking Astragalus when I had Ross River Fever in Australia. It was amazing and I had a good recovery with no relapses. I used it again when I had a paralysis tick on me with similar results.

At the moment we are in Lockdown but I am shopping for my elderly parents once a week because they are the most vulnerable. I pop one of these after I come back from the supermarket plus some Vit C to keep any bugs at bay.

This is stupid for a number of reasons

~ quinine isn't an ionophore, so it doesn't help transport zinc into cells

~ there's a minuscule amount of quinine in tonic water, nothing near what you'd take to treat resistant malaria

Tonic water is loaded with high fructose corn syrup. No thanks. Taking the zinc, though....

You want an effective ionophore for zinc? Get Quercetin. Won't cause tinnitus either.
