Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78768077 He says this at almost every briefing yet Trump still hasn't figured out that the 1918 flu pandemic didn't happen in 1917. That's really a ridiculous statement. These democrats are just too stupid to talk to...lol They get all excited over the dumbest things. What is ridiculous? The Spanish flu (Spanish: La Gripe Española), also known as the 1918 flu pandemic or La Pesadilla began in 1918 and lasted until December 2020. No. It began somewhere in the Shangxi province in China some time in 1917. It showed up in the West in january 1918. Happy to clear that up for you! 1918 Pandemic (H1N1 virus) The 1918 influenza pandemic was the most severe pandemic in recent history. It was caused by an H1N1 virus with genes of avian origin. Although there is not universal consensus regarding where the virus originated, it spread worldwide during 1918-1919. In the United States, it was first identified in military personnel in spring 1918. [link to www.cdc.gov (secure)] You're welcome. |

Somebody must want to make a list of people who didn't vote for him. A list that his attorney general can use to detain citizens indefinitely. This is the establishment of a medical gestapo. Quoting: KingSkyWolf Whutt?? An ID to access the voting machine keeps your vote private. Have you ever even voted? Do you know how it works? I live in WA, where we mail in votes. Never been to a machine. Hmmm. OK. Texas here. We can mail in, but you need to request a form and have a reason. Voting should take some effort. I could rant on this, but that's for another thread. Quoting: SouthSide He said that America pays disproportionatly more than any other nation for an organization (W.H.O) that has very questionable endeavors. He also said that he's never heard anything about Jared kushner starting a digital tracking system, and there are constitutional issues with doing that. So that is FAKE NEWS. President Trump is making very good choices cutting off the W.H.O, and fighting against mail in voting. Yet he uses mail in voting. Get out. He is just scapegoating the WHO. It is obvious to everyone. |

It says they died from something that caused similar symptoms it also says further down in the article that they basically has no proof. What we do know is the virus was first discovered in 1918. We call the current virus we're dealing with Covid 19 because that's when it was discovered. Even if Covid-19 started somewhere in 2018 we would still call it Covid-19 because that's when it was discovered. |
