Anybody else get ripped-off by a cruise ship Co.?

Norwegian Cruise lines said because we cancelled, they won't refund our money, even though they canceled the cruise due to the Wuhan virus. The cruise canceled 2 days later. We were at the cancellation Window of 48 hours before the departure date, so it was, either cancel or lose our money if we didn't show. We took the gamble and lost, even though their website said we would recieve a refund, they sent a letter and said no refund for us. We get a damn credit we can use for 2 years. Anyone else experience this? Did you get a refund? I want the cash back.
