POTUS SHOULD FEDERALIZE ALL NATIONAL GUARD now!

He could activate and nationalize all units immediately.

The overwhelming majority of Guard members are hourly workers that are probably furloughed right now. He could put 450,000 people to work TODAY! They could do hundreds of tasks in communities: help school lunch delivery, help hospital testing, assist at nursing homes, etc.

Most folks think of the Guard setting up roadblocks and directing traffic, but these folks are our neighbors. They need help and we could use the help. Put them to work!
