PM's spokesman says rules are "if they have their own garden... they're of course free to use it as they choose". [link to twitter.com (secure)] Seems he uses the garden as an ashtray. Whole area looks like an ashtray, it should be quarantined. Cop is out of order like many of them, they would not do this in a "minority" area as there would be riots. Its cops like this that makes people hate cops, and its the good cops who should drive these bad cops out of the force for their and everyone else's own good. |
