The giant supply chain machine took decades to build and turn on. Once it is turned off, it will not be turning back on. No switch flipping will make everything better.

The infrastructure is at home, collecting a government check and jerking off to porno. They will not be coming back anytime soon. The longer the machine is turned off, the harder it is to turn it on with every single business under debt stress and bankruptcy soon.
