I disagree. The infrastructure is there to flip it back on. What will take time is consumer confidence. We need to get pass the virus hysteria.

The steps taken may have inflicted serious damage but we are not quite there yet. Millions may be unemployed now and that is leading to trump considering opening thingas back up. If a 2nd wave of outbreaks hit, it will be catastrophic and leave only 2 choices. Allow it to run its course like in the UK initially or shut it down again which could destroy the american economy. Just my worthless 2 cents. China is back online and schools opened because they didn't start shutting down until after it was widespread...now they have herd immunity... we need to let this play out naturally and do what we can to help those at risk while taking care of the vast majority of people who will not be effected by covid. watch: BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON COVID-19 Now they have herd immunity. Good gravy I wish I was that stupid. I would be much happier.
