I disagree. The infrastructure is there to flip it back on. What will take time is consumer confidence. We need to get pass the virus hysteria.

If a 2nd wave of outbreaks hit, it will be catastrophic and leave only 2 choices. Allow it to run its course like in the UK initially or shut it down again which could destroy the american economy. Just my worthless 2 cents. LOL AC thinks Federal Govt has the power to stop an infrastructure collapse. Oh they can stop a tsunami too huh. They can just throw money at it right? Do you even know what infrastructure is?
