Tyson Foods. It’s starting here in the heart of the country, heart of the Midwest. Are you ready for $20/lb ground beef? If you can even find some. I’m telling you this because I work for a huge trucking company that is nearby them and that’s all we do is haul for Tyson Foods. The worlds largest meat packing plant is at the Tyson plant in Dakota City, Nebraska. Right on the border with Iowa and South Dakota. Over 4,000 workers are at this plant. They now have 30 confirmed cases to in just TWO days. They have set up a huge tent outside where they are testing workers as we speak. This is just much like the Smithfield plant in Sioux Falls that started off like this and then has exploded to more than 1,000 cases.
This situation is developing...
PS you better make sure you FULLY cook all of your meat from here on out. I like a rare steak as much as the next guy, but it’s too risky right now.
