Our local grocery stores are hit & miss. One day, no ground beef or pork but they have chicken. A few days later, lots of beef but no pork or chicken.

The only meat that seems to be always available is high-dollar steak.

Bacon is scarce. Bratwurst is scarce. Sausage is hit or miss.

I am noticing a change in stock, towards what seems to be restaurant-style packaging... more #10 cans of veggies, for example, that were not there before. More generically packed large-quantity items that I imagine were previously used in food service.

This is in middle Tennessee.
