They ponied over to where the homeless were congregating on sidewalk, couldn't hear what they were saying. The weirdest part to me was the color of the hat thing, SKY BLUE!!!!  That sounds like UN "peacekeepers." |

That sounds like UN "peacekeepers."Thank God someone gets it, yeah, exact same color, why? I drove around to see where the horse trailers were and it was a local police force, but still this is VERY concerning, as why they would choose this color and suit up like that. Apparently the UN has some kind of "safe city" program where they "partner" with local police forces, once again, WHY? Not saying that's what this is, but this could be conditioning. |

Well, did it say "UN" on the hats? I did not see an emblem from where I was sitting, but then again, when I look at some of the UN pics I can't really make out emblem. Also, like I said, why use the same color as UN? |

From my understanding the UN has "partnered" with a lot of smaller police departments for their "safe city" program. Funny, how they life to use that word "safe", like safe city, safe at home, yada, yada, yada. |

PLUS, if they have bullet proof vests on whatever they're expecting is probably no place for a horse. |
