Furthemore, I cannot go where I need to work because of the state ordered shut down. I applied for unemployment as a contractor, small business owner, on March 25, 2020. My claim has not been processed. I cannot reach a person. I have tried multiple times everyday. I have sent e-mails, but the bounce back. I have two robo calls tell me they will return my call when they get to it. I just want my unemployment claim processed for pandemic unemployment insurance.

They are off on holiday this weekend, threatening and harassing people with their draconian executive orders. They should be doing the job of processing the unemployment insurance claims first instead of dreaming of ways to over assert their power.

I have called the governors office twice last week, and was told they are putting all of the self-employed applications in a bucket. They need to clean out the bucket.

What can I do?
