Not sure, Pool. I think that article said that there were 5 or 6 churches statewide that were still planning services. I suppose he wants to send a message to the masses.

We have a church in my area in Louisiana that is still having services. The pastor has been charged but not officially arrested. Certainly I have not heard any talk of surveiling the congregation and placed them under mandatory quarantine.
