do the people recording the plates need to quarantine or their immune?

Cough on a cop or person deliberately (Dumb but happening) and 6 months in jail, steal a car or rob places etc ... won't respond cos too busy enforcing social distancing ... what madness has fallen upon us lol? yeah having nog police chiefs was fantastic idea all put there by the KIA, Kyk Intelligence Agency
