Why are so many afraid of death?

I'm not. I fear living to 95 or some shit like that. Those who do usually end up livign that long as a sick joke on us. Can't wait to get to heaven. And no I'm not committing suicide for the smartasses in the room. I'll do my time here

If you genuinely repent and see the errors of your ways and humble yourself before God and take the free gift of grace offered by Jesus Christs sacrifice on the cross you'll do just fine. Unless God's a liar, which he is not.

I have thought the same thing... everyone is so damn worried about dying. These people have never experienced true adversity- it is why a phenomena such as what is occurring here in the US currently so easily takes hold. People who have lived cushy, pampered lives do not understand the concept that there are fates much worse than death.

For myself the panic came from fear of the Unknown, not having a clear idea of what exactly would happen after death. Also the human mind is not able to comprehend forever and ever and ever without end, so that also causes panic I think. Just believe it will make sense on the other side when you have a spirit brain, so don’t try to comprehend it with your physical brain.
The more you believe you know what to expect, the less fear there will be.

I am scared to face up to all bad shit I’ve done. I am a Christian but didn’t act like one for a very long time. I came really close to dying last year and it was scary

I don’t want to die because I love the life God has given me, however I am not scared and will die any day for God.

They seek the clot shot like it's their savior, because they don't believe there is life after death and don't want to lose this life.

Our souls are immortal! Only our bodies die! Life goes on after this my friends. But there is only life with God, and life without. There is not death of your soul, that is not an option either.

So many are going to live eternity without God, and I shutter to think of having to do that. Pain, suffering, insanity, non-stop, never resting, never sleeping, no relief at all. Pure hell.

All could be avoided, just by choosing to be with God and accepting Jesus's free gift of Salvation. It's so easy, just accept the truth and seek Jesus as your savior! Nobody can be with God if they don't seek and find Jesus while he may be found!

Once you have Jesus as your savior, you will no longer fear your body dying. This world is corrupted by satan and evil. The next life will be rid of all that, and we will be God and happy. It's really something to look forward to.
