No church, except live stream, I set up an altar in my study, and virtually participated in Maundy Thursday, Stations of the Cross, Good Friday liturgy, Tenebrae, Holy Saturday Vigil and Easter Sunday Mass. Traditional Latin Mass, sung and so very beautiful, it went straight to my soul, I feel I had a touch of holiness, and never want to seek anything else ever again! He is real, He is risen, and He defeated death. Happy Easter! |

We just put up an old gothic rusted cross we have and encircled the base with full boom honeysuckle vine loaded with gorgeous flowers and at the base one five inch across beautiful red camellia flower. After the bells ring out at 11 we plan on going to the back yard where the old rugged cross is planted and read scripture of the resurrection. Praise God! |

Kind of went to church. Thank goodness there are still videos online of Easter preaching. What a mess. But on the upside, I didn't have to buy an Easter dress for church! So there's that. We've only had one person in Castlerea who has the coronavirus and he recovered. Very thankful that he is doing fine now as he's the kind of person who makes our community what it is. Everyone knows him and everyone depends on him. Would have been a great loss if he had died so we are very thankful this Easter that he recovered. So weird not having church. No church bells, no nothing. Just dead silence. Happy Easter. Our church starts online in a bit. I have been watching, for the past few weeks, in my pajamas but have decided to watch in the dining room today. Actually going to get cleared up an put on a decent top and at least a pair of capris and brush my hair.  |
