Get that? They are REQUIRED TO HAVE AND USE CELLPHONES. They have to consent to be tracked by the govt at all times. So, if they didn't die then, surely the china govt has killed them by now for not following the law! Just a guess. Wow what an evil empire!

I now people with 2 cell phones. One for personal use and one for business. In fact, I know some people with 3 cell phones.

But during the pandemic in China, 21 million phones terminated. That is a massive spike down that is not normal.

It indicates something happened. Maybe people feared having covid and they broke their phones so they could hide at home with Mom and Dad in the Chinese country side.

Maybe the CCP took control of 21 million accounts for propaganda.

The owners had use the phones as separate numbers to throw off the authorities. They didn’t want to be trailed. So they ditch the numbers.

The Chines people know their Communist government tracks them. They know the somewhat totalitarian system may be bad or stifling for some individuals but on the whole the system worked well to lift the country out of anarch and poverty.
They KNOW the controls and monitoring by the government and use that to their advantage of getting order and harmony in their society without the tribulations of democratic competitive rivalries, wasteful schemings, pork barrel politics and all the “ russian collusion, capitol hill/ westminster posturings and shenanigans “. They know the present system will lift their country to be better developed.

At the same time they devised their own ways to evade government monitoring or controls if they so desire. They are aware their government try to brainwash them, so they let the government thinks so but invent ways to keep the government outof their lives

I understand the use of mobile/ cell phones as tracking devices and the idea that 21 million people died, however - supposing intel operatives were shut down; those who used phones to ring inside our heads for the AI programs i.e. to speak to people; give them thoughts and educate or manipulate them.
