This isn't a bioweapon. Whole thing is a total hoax. Bullcrap. The whole fucking world is in on the hoax right? Russia, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Phillipines, Brazil, Sweden, Iceland, etc., etc. Geez. Use your brain. Some people still insist its a hoax. Unfortunately I think its real and the world does not know what to do. And I say that having a Command and Control background - it looks like they are throwing spaghettis at the wall for some of this. All I can do is observe.
