Essential oils/remedies is nice. A good medicine kit can save someone’s life. Sterile bandages, & good hygiene is a strong deterrent of pathogens, or illnesses of the mind - the former (both) being of perhaps greater importance as many minds are about to be confronted with grand truths that encompass everyone’s life in some facet. Yes, every human on earth in some way or another.

That said, know the willpower of the environment is stronger than ones individual willpower. The environment dictates your life - this is true for both the jungles, or concrete metrocentres that i am but a visitor to. If you have knowledge of herbal and plant medicines this too can save lives. When these are identified and assimilated they can be readily available.

Knowing how to gather, if not hunt, along with all process of butcher and yes respect of the animal is a very useful skill. I type from a VERY rural environment, one of the most remote on the planet if not thee & I say the hunter/gatherer archetype are possibly to reign soon in this current narrative/timeline.

The greatest factor or bar that many will fall from is quite possibly the lowest. Patience, & perseverance of mind, or the mind state, for when one is desperate, there is no level of heinous or even conscience to their crimes.

Water and pepto. Try turning your water off for a day. See how long you last. Kids last about 2 hours before they want water and start asking every 5 mins.

There was a fire nearby and it dirtied our water supply for a day, I didn't realize how under prepared I was for that alone.

And pepto, lots of pepto. Nothing worse then acid reflux in the morning from all the carb food.

Extra pants, I thought I was pretty well prepped but all the weight I've gained during the shutdown as blown the ass out of all my pants......

1. power goes out
2. stays off for more than a week
3. chaos and death follows

1.Water-Core Storage (50-500gals if possible)

2.Water Filtration units with enough filters to produce 10k gallons from any source (Berkey filters are best) and WaterCone's that distill water from thin air.

3.Pemmicon- The most nutritionally complete food that lasts for decades
