The study was stopped because a few people in the HIGH dose group experienced heartbeat abnormalities. The mainstream media is extremely disingenuous — actual lying — in their reporting. Also, chloroquine has been used as an anti-malaria prophylactic for years. Why only now is it being vilified? If you travel to sub-Saharan Africa or equatorial South America, you’ll most likely be prescribed chloroquine. Most people who go on safari in Africa take it and have for years. |
