While I agree it's a good video, shouldn't more mundane explanations be debated before immediately jumping to the conclusion that it's an alien UFO? If you go to [link to www.radarbox.com (secure)] you'll see they track Loon balloons. And there are Loon balloons over, you guessed it, Peru.

So if any of you can prove this is not a video of a Loon, then we can move on to other, less likely explanations.

This is another one from 2008ish. I believe the guy filming it was a Turkish security guard and had seen these things before, so he purchased a HD night vision camera and caught one in high clarity.

How do you figure that? There is no footage of it flying, moving in unusual directions or at high speed. I'm not saying it's not a UFO but the tic tac footage shot by high precision instruments moving at crazy speeds is more substantial than this. Even the one filmed in Turkey years ago that seemed to show an Entity at the helm has more juice than this.
